Having been involved in site maintenance since 1988 and under the same management throughout this period, this means we have tackled every possible job and developed a comprehensive methodology for delivering a high standard of service.  How? By:

Monitoring and Checking
All sites are monitored and inspected by frequently scheduled and unscheduled visits from the general manager. All of our equipment is regularly checked and maintained to the highest quality, and our employees are trained in health and safety practices which are followed to the book. All sites include top quality first aid equipment and mobile phones so that there is constant communication with the general manager.

One point of contact and regular reporting
You will always have our manager as your main point of contact. Regular meetings are held and we are also available for one off reports as required any time. We will also email you either a monthly or six weekly site reports, together with photographs, to keep you up to date with the project and how it is taking shape.

Environmental and Health and Safety Awareness
As demonstrated identified by our list of qualifications and accreditations, we are totally committed to protecting the environment as much as possible whilst working on site. These management systems are not demonstrated by every company – over the years we have consistently highlighted  our commitment to these requirements. All of our staff are continuously trained in health and safety practices as well in customer service in order to provide you with a better service: a commitment to which we are dedicated.
